All our products undergo quality checks before being shipping out. In the unlikely event that you received a faulty product, kindly contact us within 7 business days after receipt. To be eligible for refund, the product has to be in its original packaging and not being used. 

Due to the worldwide COVID-19 situation we currently only ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Germany. We will open more international destinations as soon as borders are opening gradually and shipping costs get more reasonable.
